An Update to Our Sheetz Customers Regarding Covid-19

When my Uncle Bob Sheetz founded our company in 1952, he did so out of a strong desire to take care of people. And it’s those values that still guide us today. As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve, Sheetz is doing everything we can to prioritize the health and well-being of our team members, customers and the communities we serve while continuing to deliver on our mission of total customer focus.

In the best interest of our customers and employees, Sheetz has implemented the following changes in response to COVID-19:

• Self-Serve Coffee: Effective at 4 p.m. on March 23, Sheetz has temporarily suspended its self-service coffee offerings. Customers who would like to purchase a cup of coffee should use the touch-screen order points or ask an employee for assistance who can then serve coffee to you.

• Self-Service Beverages: Sheetz has temporarily suspended all self-service beverages including fountain beverages, fresh brewed tea, frozen drinks and F’Real milkshakes. We will continue to offer a wide variety of drinks in our coolers as well as Made-to-Order Ā® premium beverages such as coffee, smoothies and more through our touch-screen order points.

• Bakery Items: Sheetz has temporarily suspended availability of self-serve bakery items such as doughnuts and muffins.

We know that your schedule has likely changed dramatically. As a loyal Sheetz customer, we wanted you to know that we will not let any loyalty points, or loaded rewards, expire during this difficult time. Your loyalty points and loaded reward expiration dates have been extended until July 1st so that you can continue to be a loyal customer and count on Sheetz to enjoy your benefits.

In addition to following the guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, World Health Organization and local health departments, these changes follow other modifications already in place which include enhanced routine daily cleaning procedures with a focus on high-touch surface areas such as gas pumps, order points, counter tops, checkout lines and door handles as well as reinforcing and re-training of all employees on proper hand washing and hygiene.

We apologize for this inconvenience but please know we will continue to put your health first as we remain a vital resource for our communities. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and keep you informed of any additional adjustments we need to make to protect our customers and employees. Should you have any additional questions, don’t hesitate to call our customer care line at 1(800) 487-5444.

Thank you for being a loyal customer and remember, we will get through this together.
